Enrollment: Course enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or as per the agreed payment schedule.

Payment Terms: All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, subject to our refund policy terms.

3. Internship Program Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to:

Video lectures and presentations
Written materials and documentation
Software and code examples
Assignments and projects

Are the exclusive property of Rasaap Academy and are protected by copyright laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism
Use academy resources responsibly
Report any violations of academy policies
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

7. Placement Services

Guarantee Conditions: Placement guarantee is subject to successful completion of the program and meeting industry standards.

Job Matching: We will make reasonable efforts to match students with suitable positions based on their skills and preferences.

Student Cooperation: Students must actively participate in the placement process and attend scheduled interviews.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rasaap Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

Is harmful to other students or instructors
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Is fraudulent or involves misrepresentation

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms
